Dual Gate

Diodes Incorporated provides excellent Single and Dual Gate Logic Devices, designed to use DFN packaging options to better suit today’s sophisticated products which require more functions and features packed into a much smaller space.

The industry standard LVC family has the drive and speed to work well with many demanding applications. The AUP family is also incredibly reliable. Contained in several available options of the AUP family is the DFN0910 package, which at 0.9mm x 1.0mm is the smallest available foot print.

Single Gate

Diodes Incorporated provides excellent Single and Dual Gate Logic Devices, designed to use DFN packaging options to better suit today’s sophisticated products which require more functions and features packed into a much smaller space.

Standard Logic

Voltage Translators

Diodes Incorporated offers a variety of voltage level translation ICs that provide mixed signal (I C, SMBus, MDIO, SPI, SIM I/F, TTL, HSTL and SSTL) as well as multiple supply voltages (5V, 3.3V, 2.5V, 1.8V, 1.2V and 0.9V).

Interface Logic

Diodes offers high-speed voltage translators, performance logic and other specialty Interface IC solutions for memory modules. These products offer high performance 5 V, 3.3 V, 2.5 V and 1.8 V with propagation delays down to < 2.0ns. They support 8-bit, 16-bit, 18-bit and 32-bit functions with a performance mix of voltage translators. 

Diodes' multiplexers and switches offer solutions for a variety of applications with 2, 4, and 8-channel devices. IO expander products are available with I2C bus interface and 2 to 48 IOs. Diodes' GTL devices are used in point to point applications. Diodes' portfolio of Standard Logic devices offer wide supply voltage range and are supported by an array of packages including QFN for small space-constrained systems.
