IGBTs
Diodes' range of Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistors (IGBTs) use advanced Field Stop Trench IGBT Technology to offer rugged performance combined with super high-speed switching performance in industry standard packages.
IGBTs combine the gate drive characteristics of MOSFETs with the high current and low saturation voltage capability of bipolar transistors. IGBTs are used in medium to high-power applications such as Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS), motor drive, welders, solar inverters and induction cookers.
